The Thriller Man Needs a Helping Hand

Michael Jackson, one of my all time faaaaavorite musicians, has been diagnosed with emphysima and is in desperate need of a new lung. He also has gastrointestinal bleeding and vision problems in his left eye. It seems the Moonwalker is deteriorating. =(

Well hopefully his spawn will be able to carry on some of that legacy he will be leaving behind. It seems like depression is taking over poor Mike.
I have always loved him!

Hova Parties Solo, While Beyonce Kicks it in Old Paris

Ok, according to MTV News, Jiggaman kicked it bachelor style on his birthday with some other industry moguls while Bey did her own thing in Paris. Now I understand ya'll are in the entertainment biz and you gotta keep it pushing, but COME ON!!! We are in a recession and there is nothing more important than spending time with fam during the holidays especially when there is a birthday involved!

Beyonce has recently claimed that their relationship is a constant power struggle, so maybe they just couldn't see eye to eye on the Christmas trimmings? Ok, enough said. It looks like things may be a it on the "Rocs" between these two, but the world will be the judge.....NEXT!!!

Bush "Secretly" Slaps Obama and U.S. Troops in the Face

Bush made an unannounced farewell visit to Baghdad today. He left in a disguise and they weren't even expecting him to come. I guess he calls himself saying goodbye!! It's in your hands now! Of course he will no longer be president after the inauguration, but now he wants to admit that his biggest "regret" is flawed intelligence that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

At this point, his decision to take us to war has greatly diminished our credibility with other countries. We are toppling into the apocalypse.

Politicians Shift the Blame; Is That Why We Do It ?

As I watch the activities of the world on the news I can't help but consider the fact that we are in the beginnings of the End Times. Politicians who are voted into office on the merit of thier promises are more concerned with the power and the financial standing of thier position than they are with finding solutions to the problems they promised to "fix". When things go wrong they spend all thier time and energy posturing and pointing fingers at someone (anyone) else in order to get the attention away from themselves. This applies to 90 percent of the population in these days and times, not just politicians. And it's sad. People have been conditioned to shift the blame, and more often than not get away with it. And we wonder why. Could it be that it's easier to "shift the blame" than accept the responsibility for our actions? The day will come when we will ALL be held accountable for our actions, and it's not going to be much longer before that happens.

2 Books You Must Read!

I have been going through my mountains and valleys as of late, and it has compelled me to do as much soul searching as I can.

I got saved for the first time when I was 5 years old, but I have certainly led a sin-filled life that I am not proud of, but to each his own!

There are things that of course with today's knowledge and experience I would have done differently, but on the same token, I appreciate life's challenges, because they have made me the person I am today.

I am hoping to be a positive influence one of these days, and I would like to begin by recommending 2 books to you:

Financial Armageddon by Pastor John Hagee

and

Warning! Revelation is About to be Fulfilled by Larry W. Wilson

On a personal opinion note, I have had frequent thoughts that "remind" me that these religious authors have money that they gain from collection plates during their church services, so why do they need more money from me buying a book from them?
But I had to re-evaluate myself! I need to read as much as I can for one thing! For another! The book by Larry W. Wilson is FREE! Just go to their website or view the video below for more information as to how to obtain your free copy!

As for the book by John Hagee, it was only about $8.00 and well worth it especially for the simple minded like me! I see stuff on the news every day about financial crap and I really don't understand one bit of it, but I'm much more receptive to a biblical perceptive of this news.
